MCP Server Mode

teams mcp serve is planned but not present in the current CLI.

Target behavior

• stdio transport for local agent clients.
• Tool schema derived from the command surface.
• Delegated auth inherited from the selected profile.
• Destructive tools disabled by default.

Until this ships, integrate agents through the CLI subprocess contract.
