Pilot checklist

1. Create a dedicated test team and channel.
2. Choose OSO public client or BYO Entra app.
3. Review Security and Consent.
4. Review the Permissions Matrix.
5. Grant admin consent only after confirming the app identity and publisher details.
6. Run teams auth doctor --output json.
7. Run read-only commands.
8. Send one smoke-test message.
9. Review sign-in logs, audit logs, and Conditional Access behavior.
10. Document revocation steps for both local tokens and the Entra enterprise application.

Admin approval notes

For the default OSO app, confirm:

• App display name: OSO Teams CLI
• Client ID: fba1b5d0-fdd0-4fe2-9729-9ccdc38f9595
• Publisher domain: oso.sh
• Redirect URI: http://localhost:8400/callback

Use BYO Entra app mode if your tenant requires a customer-owned app registration, narrower Graph scopes, or internal approval branding.
